How does per-term billing work?

Plans are billed per school term, and a school year has three terms. Yearly pricing is simply three terms — no hidden fees, no surprises.

Yes. Start with any plan and upgrade whenever you're ready — the new plan's features unlock for your school right away.

How do you count learners?

We count the learners on your roll for the term — every student record that has not graduated or been marked as having left. Learners who finish the final year still count until the school confirms their graduation, and that is a one-click confirmation on the Students page. Learners on the roster only, with no portal login, count the same as those who sign in: their report cards are computed and sent all the same.

What happens if we go over the included learners?

Nothing is blocked. Enrol as many learners as you need; each learner above the included number is ₦1,000 for the term ($0.6 outside Nigeria). The Subscription page shows your count against what is included at all times, and schools with more than 2,000 learners get a plan shaped around them.

How many teacher accounts do we get?

Every plan includes unlimited teacher accounts at no extra cost, on Basic, Standard, and Premium alike.

What is the Student Tech Fee?

An optional per-student add-on that unlocks the AI tutor, gamified trivia and the Predictive Readiness Score for that student. Your school sets its own fee. Guardian reports are not part of it — they come with your school's plan for every student, so no parent's report depends on whether their family paid.

Do you support primary schools?

Yes. The Primary School Add-On covers 120 primary subjects with its own quota, and works as a standalone plan for primary-only schools.
