Availability
Reasonable efforts for uptime; maintenance or incidents may affect access.
User Accounts
Account holders are custodians of access credentials and usage governance.
Security
Safeguard credentials; multi-factor encouraged where available.
Accuracy
Maintain truthful profile and institution information.
Authorized Use
Accounts are non-transferable; no credential sharing.
Acceptable Use Policy
Use must remain lawful, ethical, and aligned with educational purpose.
Purpose
Generate and manage legitimate educational assessments only.
Prohibited Content
No illegal, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory material.
Integrity
No reverse engineering, scraping, load testing, or security circumvention.
Payment & Subscription
Paid services operate under published pricing and billing cycles.
Plans
Features and limits defined per plan; changes communicated with notice.
Refunds
Credits non-refundable; seat refunds issued as balance only.
Plan Changes
Upgrades and downgrades immediate; unused seats convert to balance.
Intellectual Property
Ownership and licensing boundaries for platform and content.
Platform
Provsy software remains proprietary; third-party AI services used under license.
Uploaded Content
You retain rights; you grant a limited license to process solely to provide services.
Generated Output
Assessment outputs derived from your inputs are licensed to you for educational use.
Termination
Conditions for suspension or closure of access.
By You
Terminate via account controls or written notice.
By Provsy
Breach, abuse, legal requirement, or business necessity.
Effect
Access ceases; reasonable export window for permitted data.
Limitations & Liability
Allocation of risk and warranty exclusions.
As Is
Platform provided without implied warranties to fullest lawful extent.
Educational Judgment
Tool does not replace professional educator oversight.
Limitation
No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
